Matt McLeroy is passionate about service and dedicated to making a positive impact in the community he calls home. A proud Coachella Valley native, Matt co-founded Resort Carpet and Tile Care with his friend and business partner, Andrew Hernandez, with a shared vision of delivering high-quality local services while creating meaningful job opportunities for others in the region.
With academic backgrounds in Social & Behavioral Sciences, Business, and Marketing, Matt brings a unique blend of strategic leadership and people-focused values to the company. He is highly motivated, results-driven, and has a proven record of leading teams to success through a commitment to excellence and community-focused values.
Matt is also deeply involved in civic and nonprofit work. He is a graduate of Leadership Coachella Valley, a member of Desert Elite Referral Partners, and serves on the Board of Directors for Desert Best Friend’s Closet. Additionally, he volunteers as a Walk Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association and holds leadership roles as the Foundation Chair and President-Elect for the Indio Sunrise Rotary Club.
